Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

• We cannot cancel and adjust orders after they are placed. GainGreenMerch items are custom made.
• Please allow 1 to 3 business days production time for your order to ship out,  average shipping times are 7-10 days. 
• Orders are shipped via USPS.
• Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
